Our first 10 hour day at the Amazon, as usual I was all over the "D" building the first part of the day, then after the 2:30pm break I was sent to the "C" building, I found orientation difficult but once in the right spot I was able to generate allot of product in the totes. The time goes by fast when you are concentrating locating product. Lots of walking. Jeannie also left her nest today and started stretching out her destination radius, (adding on the miles)! Bill & Jalene also got the go-ahead and she was let loose into the 'C" building while Bill explored the "R" pick section of the "D" building.
Upon let-loose at 5pm we were assaulted with dark rainy, windy night and a cold mad-house parking lot with cars coming and going. Made the quick dash back to our trailers and turned up the heat, had to towel-off the DustyMop before she could wreck the house. The girls threw a quick meal together followed up by Wheel of Fortune and Survivor ( they voted Brenda off !!!! ).
Below I am showing the 2 forecasts, of the Northwest and our location here for this date.
steve g says real men live in climates with at least 18" of cold, wet snow with more on the way!
